As a lifelong Central Ohio resident, Kohl VanHorn brings a deep understanding of the communities and neighborhoods he serves. After attending The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, Kohl combined his background in business, customer service, and leadership with his passion for real estate.

Today, Kohl is the Team Lead of The KR Group, brokered by RE/MAX Impact, one of the Top 1% real estate teams in Ohio. The KR Group has grown into one of Central Ohio’s most productive teams, consistently helping families buy, sell, relocate, and invest throughout the region.

The results speak for themselves. The KR Group now sells 200+ homes per year, and Zillow currently reports 193 sales in the last 12 months and more than 540 total team sales. Kohl and the team have built their business around experience, aggressive marketing, strong negotiation, and creating a first-class experience for every client.

In 2026, Kohl was also recognized as a RE/MAX Torchbearer, an honor recognizing top-producing RE/MAX agents under the age of 40. Outside of real estate, Kohl is passionate about his family, the Buckeyes, and the Central Ohio community he has always called home.
