Conner Kochansky is a licensed real estate agent serving the Columbus, Ohio market with RE/MAX Impact. He began his career in real estate in 2022 after graduating from Ohio University in 2019. Before making the move, Conner spent years in the service industry — serving tables, managing bars, and running event venues. That experience shaped how he operates today: fast on his feet, people-first, and sharp on the details that matter.

During his time in hospitality, Conner published his first book, Turning Tables , a guide to practical psychology and sales tactics for service industry professionals, available on Amazon. In 2025, he joined the KR Group and quickly elevated his standard of service, closing 33 homes in his first year with the team. That same year, he and his wife, Makayla, welcomed their son, Cooper, in October.

Conner is currently working on his second book, If We All Did the Things We Are Capable Of , exploring the subtle art of self-belief and his personal journey.
